~  Slowly write today’s intention:  ‘I intend to change for the better.’

  • When faced with the choice of changing, do you perceive the change to be a loss or an old way that needs to come to an end to make room for something new and wonderful?
  • How do you feel about things that come to an end?
  • Which do you perceive to be better, the past or the future?
  • Do you long for the 'good old days?'
  • Do you feel safe keeping things the same?

~  End with slowly writing an affirmation.
