I intend to live
with clarity:
mind, body and spirit.
I intend to honor the necessity
of clarity for the sake
of sensing Guidance.
I intend to be aware
that the guidance is always loving.
I intend

that feeling good
is Guidance
that I am experiencing Truth
and that feeling bad
is loving Guidance
that I am experiencing
darkness.
I intend to starve
the darkness of the energy
it craves:
fearful thoughts, emotional drama
and low energy consumptions.
I am grateful to be aware
of the rays of the sun
when they cast a glow on my face
and create warmth in my hair.
I am grateful to be aware
of the wind when it caresses
my face and dances with my hair.
I am grateful to be aware
when a fire burns
from within.
I am grateful
to appreciate
the cleansing effects
of air, light, water & fire.
I intend to live unencumbered.
I intend to clean my abode.
I intend to be a beacon of Light.
I intend to be Radiant.
I intend
to open myself
to let a ray of Light
shine on our world.
I intend to know
that the Love
that streams through my heart
is endless.
Endless power.
Endless energy.
Endless Light.
