​Live Beautifully Workshops

The Live Beautifully Journey of Transformation process is a choice to facilitate change by a spiritual approach.  By spiritual, I mean a looking within…  a transformation not facilitated by changing the outer circumstances of one’s life, but by changing within and then naturally experiencing the changes without.   As above, so below.   As within, so without.  The intent of this workshop series is to offer people a guided experience of learning and practicing using a tool for inner transformation.
 
There will be seven workshops.  The first will focus on getting outfitted for your Daily Devotion to the Inner You and to getting started with the first step of the Journaling for Transformation Process – Journaling for Awareness.  We will explore Divine Discontent, an experience of Mental DisEase, Physical DisEase and Spiritual DisEase.   We will explore the Live Beautifully gardening metaphor – a story of awareness that we are all experiencing a shift into becoming conscious co-creators in the Garden.  We will explore the Upper/lower Realms of mind, body and spirit illustrated in Live Beautifully:  A Book to Sit With.  We will explore distinctions between feelings, awareness, emotions and spirit.
 
Each month I will offer ‘options for embarking of the journey.’  I will offer a list of reflections from Live Beautifully: A Book to Sit With that focus on that month’s topic.  Participants will be outfitted to begin a daily devotion to reading a reflection and practicing Journaling for Transformation.
 
The second workshop will continue to focus on Journaling for Awareness; a practice of mindfulness and languaging experience.  It is a practice of shifting out of perceiving through our belief system and into perceiving through our sensory perceptions.   We will explore options for quieting our monkey minds and for being in prolonged states of awareness.  We will explore sensory perceptions of sight, sound, smell, taste, hearing as well as the ‘clairs.’  We will explore the three levels of neocortex, midbrain and our reptilian brains and work to optimize our sensory perceptions and work with our internal guidance systems.  When we function from a belief system, we repeat the past over and over again.  When we function from awareness through our sensory perceptions, we step into functioning in the now and open up to creating the new.
 
This second month we will continue to practice Journaling for Awareness.
 
In the third workshop we will explore the second step of the Journaling for Transformation Process, Journaling for Acceptance.  Acceptance is the bridge from the lower to the Upper Realm.  We will explore black beans and blockages, the darknesses that plague our minds and our bodies.    We will explore triggers, PMS,  expectations and justifications.
 
This month I will offer a list of reflections focused on Acceptance and participants may begin a two-step Journaling for Transformation process:  Journaling for Awareness followed by Journaling for Acceptance.
 
The fourth month we will explore strengthening our free will thus increasing our capacity to break free of old patterns.  We will explore our belief systems for Awareness of whether we believe that our Self-Worth, Self-Honor, Self-Respect and Self-Love are earned or are inherent.   We will seek Awareness of whether we seek on the outside what we are missing on the inside.   We will learn and practice Journaling for Release. 
 
This month I will offer a list of reflections that can be used as inspiration and guidance prior to a three-step Journaling for Transformation process:  Journaling for Awareness, Acceptance and Release.
 
The fifth month we will explore options of optimizing our clarity of mind, body and spirit in an effort to build a strong connection to Inspiration and Guidance.  This month we will learn to Journal for Inspiration and participants will be prepared to practice a four-step Journaling for Transformation practice.
 
The sixth month we will explore awareness of when we are living with conscious loving intention and when we are unconsciously living.  This month we will learn Journaling for Intent.  At this point we will have progressed into journaling for all but the last step.
 
The seventh month we will explore my version of the Cinderella Story and Journaling for Gratitude.   This will be the culmination of using the entire Journaling for Transformation process.   When we are equipped to use this process we have a tool for implementing change within and we become conscious co-creators that are capable of healing ourselves by aligning ourselves with Love.  By this practice we will have strengthened our capacity to consciously use our mind, body and spirit in living creatively.   To Live Beautifully is to do the transformative work that is necessary in order to live as an artist creating the most beautiful you that you can possibly imagine and thus live an outward expression of your authentic self, your Soul.

​I hope you will join me for a Live Beautifully workshop series that is being offered through Peace Tree Yoga in Burlington, WI.   If you have been wanting to begin or expand a practice of a daily devotion to the Inner You, then this is the perfect place to get equipped for your journey of transformation.  Each month I will be sharing inspiration, guidance and instructions for using the Live Beautifully tools to align yourself with the Upper Realm in mind, body and spirit.

These workshops take place once a month beginning in October and ending in April the second week of each month on either Monday and Tuesday night from 7:15 - 9:15.   You are welcome to come to either night.  For example, Mondays may work best for you in general, but there may be some months where you have a conflict and so you can attend Tuesday night instead.  

Monday class schedule:  October 9th, November 13th, December 11th, January 8th, February  12th, March 12th, and April 9th.

Tuesday class schedule:  October 10th, November 14th, December 12th, January 9th, February 13th, March 13th, and April 10th.
