This turtle was on the edge of the bike trail last week.
I think she might have been laying eggs.
Her shell was so deeply grooved and covered in deep green moss.
I wonder what kind of turtle she is?

This Journey of Transformation takes a large dose of courage and the proper tools. I have 'tools' for practicing being in ever-expanding states of Awareness. I am writing this in the parking lot of the bike trail where I ride. On my way here I realized that my mind was thinking, thinking, thinking about next year's camping trip. (I haven't even gone on this years' trip yet.) I was totally absent from the present moment as I was mentally in the future. I shifted back into the present by observing and putting language to what I saw.
My mind shifted to something like this: I see so many gorgeous shades of green… I see perfectly spaced rows of corn… I see a horse… I see the wind moving those bushes…
No judgments. No stories. Just me being observant.
Awareness is only possible in the present. If we are thinking about the past or the future we lose it. We gain greater and greater strength as we live more consistently in a state of Awareness.
BEWARE: Prolonged states of Awareness create the space for Inspiration and Guidance to come through!
