Nothing is at last sacred but the integrity of your own mind.
Ralph Waldo Emerson
Ralph Waldo Emerson
My mind has developed a mind of its own. It has chattered away relentlessly. Sometimes I just want to scream, “Shut up!” so I can get a little peace and quiet. Even in the wee hours of the night I can wake up and not be able to get back to sleep because my mind is going a million miles an hour fretting over this and that.
I’ve had it. Who’s in charge here anyway? Things are going to change. From now on my brain will be my tool. When I need it I will use it. And when I’m done I’m hitting the off button. No more swirling of useless worrisome thoughts. When my brain stays on for all of that useless thought it drains me of energy. It leaves me worn out and frazzled.
Who’s in charge here? I’m in charge!!!

Silence is a source of Great Strength.

I intend to enjoy the bliss of silence within.
Journaling for Transformation: I accept that my mind needs healing… I relinquish the fears and doubts that plague my being… I dream of Healing… I dream of Awareness… I dream of Stillness… I dream of Peace… I dream of Serenity… With peace and love I intend to be Tranquil… I am grateful for awareness of the falseness of crazing thinking, I am.
